All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.
Shipping Time
Once your order is processed, please allow 7-12 business days for delivery within the United States. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout. Please review these charges before completing your purchase.
Tracking Information
After your order is shipped, a tracking number and shipment details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear.
Returns and Refunds
If you wish to return a product, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days using the original payment method.
Order Cancellations
